These products are all components of the firm's intellectual property law practice. We practice all areas and stages of patent law, including client consultation, preparation and prosecution of utility and design patent applications, appeals, oppositions, opinions and support for patent litigation.

Our services include in particular: drafting U.S. patent applications, including claim drafting to cover specific products; developing patent families to follow the expansion of R&D; determining U.S. and International patent filing strategies in view of client’s business needs; prosecuting U.S., PCT and foreign patent applications, including European, Japanese, Korean, Australian, Chinese and Canadian applications in coordination with the Business and R&D departments of our clients; coordinating the clients’ companies IP strategy in foreign countries together with in-house counsel; evaluating potential third party infringing products and preparing corresponding claim amendments; analysis of competitors’ patent coverage and of competitors’ activity in view of existing patent coverage; supporting co-counsel in determining litigation strategy in U.S., Europe and elsewhere; preparing opposition briefs and assisting clients in procedures against competitors’ patent before the U.S., European Patent Office and foreign patent offices; evaluating patent portfolios and determining worldwide intellectual property/patent strategy for products.

Although the emphasis of the firm's practice is patent law, the members of the firm can work in cooperation with general, corporate, and business counsel in several patent-related matters, for example, technology licensing, research and development joint ventures, partnerships, and litigation when general practice firms have a need for our firm's intellectual property expertise.
